Das Problem steht im Zusammenhang mit einer neuen Version der Browser Extension von Citrix für Edge. Die Version 5.3 der Extension lässt den Browser crashen.

Folgender Workaround haben wir getestet, bis Citrix das Problem löst:

1.) Rechtsklick auf das Windows Zeichen (unten links)

2.) Ausführen wählen und folgendes eingeben "cmd" 

3.) Auf OK klicken um das Dos-Fenster zu öffnen

4.)  im im CMD folgendes eingeben: 

start msedge --disable-extensions

5.) Enter drücken, damit der Befehl ausgeführt wird

6.) Edge starten und nach wenigen Sekunden bereits schliessen.

7.) Edge starten und wie gewohnt nutzen

The problem is related to a new version of Citrix's browser extension for Edge. Version 5.3 of the extension causes the browser to crash.

We have tested the following workaround until Citrix solves the problem:

1.) Right click on the Windows sign (bottom left).

2.) Select Run and enter the following "cmd".

3.) Click on OK to open the Dos window.

4.) Enter the following in the CMD:

start msedge --disable-extensions

5.) Press Enter to execute the command

6.) Start Edge and close it after a few seconds.

7.) Start Edge and use it as usual
